The special-shaped EPE packaging product is made by hydraulic die cutting machine. What should we do if there is a fault?
The most common failure of die cutting machine is that we can start motor but it doesn’t work. Common reasons are as follows:
Reason 1: The die setting switch is turned to the horizontal direction. It locks the oil circuit if the switch is horizontal direction. Suggestions to solve it: Turn the die setting switch to the vertical direction.
Reason 2: The direction of the three-phase power supply of the motor is incorrect. Suggestion to solve it: Change the wiring sequence of any two of the live wires of the power line;
Reason 3: Solenoid valve failure. Suggestion to solve it: Replace the solenoid valve coil. If it is the valve core problem, replace the whole set of components.
Reason 4: The stroke adjustment handle is loose. Suggestion to solve it: Repair the stroke adjustment handle and reset the die.
